Socket-type flexible connection
The socket-type flexible connection is to weld one end of the HDPE pipe to another specially processed socket, and use the rubber ring inside the socket to seal to achieve the purpose of connection.
The operation steps include: check the EPDM rubber ring of the flared socket pipe fittings; use a rotary peeler to chamfer; clean the peeled area of the pipe end and apply lubricant; measure the depth of the socket and mark it; insert the peeled end of the pipe fitting into the flared socket, and insert it forcefully to the mark.
Flange connection
The flange connection is achieved by fastening the bolts and nuts to tightly connect the flange connector and the flange piece, thereby achieving the connection between the pipe fitting and the pipe.

Flexible socket connection for riser
The riser flexible socket connection method includes checking the EPDM rubber ring of the flared socket pipe fitting, planing the chamfer, cleaning the pipe end, applying lubricant, measuring and marking the socket depth, and inserting the planed end of the pipe fitting into the flared socket.
