Se trata de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de construcci\u00f3n para instalar, sustituir y reparar diversas tuber\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas sin excavar zanjas en la superficie. Puede utilizarse para tender tuber\u00edas a trav\u00e9s de carreteras con mucho tr\u00e1fico, v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas, edificios, r\u00edos y en zonas urbanas. Se utiliza ampliamente en la construcci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas nuevas y la reparaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas viejas en los campos del suministro de agua, el drenaje, la electricidad, las comunicaciones y el gas. Su principal caracter\u00edstica es que, de acuerdo con un trazado de tuber\u00eda predise\u00f1ado, se introduce en el suelo una barra de perforaci\u00f3n equipada con una broca en forma de cu\u00f1a, que luego sigue una direcci\u00f3n predeterminada rodeando obst\u00e1culos subterr\u00e1neos hasta llegar al destino. A continuaci\u00f3n, se retira la broca y se sustituye por un escariador de retorno de tama\u00f1o y tipo especiales, que agranda la perforaci\u00f3n hasta el di\u00e1metro requerido al tiempo que tira hacia atr\u00e1s de la barra de perforaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n, se introduce una tuber\u00eda nueva en el lugar de la tuber\u00eda original. Normalmente, se utiliza un sistema neum\u00e1tico (aire a alta presi\u00f3n) o est\u00e1tico (hidr\u00e1ulico) para romper la tuber\u00eda vieja. Despu\u00e9s del extremo roto se conecta una tuber\u00eda de PE. Cuando la tuber\u00eda vieja est\u00e1 completamente rota, se coloca tambi\u00e9n la nueva tuber\u00eda de PEAD, sustituyendo as\u00ed a la tuber\u00eda vieja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La ventaja de este m\u00e9todo es que el di\u00e1metro de la tuber\u00eda nueva puede ser igual o incluso mayor que el de la tuber\u00eda vieja sustituida. La desventaja es que, como la tuber\u00eda nueva se inserta en la tuber\u00eda vieja rota que la rodea, resulta inevitablemente da\u00f1ada. Por lo tanto, el material de la tuber\u00eda debe ser excepcionalmente resistente a los da\u00f1os, al desgaste y a las grietas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-621e1a92\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Reparaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas viejas mediante el m\u00e9todo de intubaci\u00f3n<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Esta tecnolog\u00eda consiste en insertar una manga de pl\u00e1stico en una tuber\u00eda vieja. Dependiendo de si el di\u00e1metro exterior de la manga encaja perfectamente en la pared interior de la tuber\u00eda vieja, puede dividirse en dos categor\u00edas: \u201cslip-lining\u201d y \u201cfitting liner\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El m\u00e9todo de revestimiento por deslizamiento consiste en insertar un nuevo tubo de polietileno con un di\u00e1metro exterior ligeramente inferior al di\u00e1metro interior del tubo viejo en el tubo viejo que se va a reparar. El hueco entre la tuber\u00eda nueva y la vieja puede sellarse inyectando mortero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El m\u00e9todo de la camisa de ajuste consiste en insertar en la tuber\u00eda vieja una camisa de pl\u00e1stico nueva con un di\u00e1metro exterior igual al di\u00e1metro interior de la tuber\u00eda vieja mediante m\u00e9todos como la \u201creducci\u00f3n de di\u00e1metro\u201d o el \u201cplegado hacia dentro\u201d. A continuaci\u00f3n, se deja que la manga recupere su forma natural o se le devuelve su forma original mediante presurizaci\u00f3n y calentamiento, consiguiendo un ajuste perfecto contra la pared interior de la tuber\u00eda antigua. La manga de ajuste puede compartir la presi\u00f3n interna con la tuber\u00eda antigua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Este m\u00e9todo s\u00f3lo es adecuado para reparar tuber\u00edas de gran di\u00e1metro, y la p\u00e9rdida de \u00e1rea de la secci\u00f3n transversal de flujo de la tuber\u00eda es relativamente grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-dd94e06e\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Colocaci\u00f3n de tubos con lanza neum\u00e1tica<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El tendido de tuber\u00edas sin zanja se realiza utilizando una broca en forma de lanza por impacto. El mecanismo de accionamiento es principalmente neum\u00e1tico (aunque tambi\u00e9n puede ser hidr\u00e1ulico), lo que se conoce como m\u00e9todo de colocaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas con lanza neum\u00e1tica. La lanza neum\u00e1tica se sostiene y se impulsa hacia delante por la fricci\u00f3n entre el martillo y el suelo, creando un agujero por compresi\u00f3n bajo el impacto. La tuber\u00eda que se va a colocar se conecta al martillo neum\u00e1tico y se coloca a medida que el martillo avanza por el suelo. Alternativamente, la tuber\u00eda de PE puede volver a introducirse en el agujero despu\u00e9s de que el martillo neum\u00e1tico haya terminado la perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Este m\u00e9todo es sencillo, eficaz y barato. La longitud de las tuber\u00edas no suele superar los 40 m y su di\u00e1metro oscila entre 40 y 200 mm. Es adecuado para diversos tipos de suelo. Las herramientas m\u00e1s modernas incluyen una cabeza de cincel alternativo que permite su uso en suelos de grava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-079c9252\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Principales ventajas de la tecnolog\u00eda sin zanja<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-551f8ef4\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Ahorre tiempo e interrupciones<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Los procesos de excavaci\u00f3n tradicionales llevan m\u00e1s tiempo que otros m\u00e9todos de instalaci\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas. Excavar zanjas bajo las carreteras significa que el trabajo debe completarse por la noche para minimizar la interrupci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico. La instalaci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n sin zanja permite reparar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente las tuber\u00edas da\u00f1adas, incluso durante los periodos de tr\u00e1fico intenso, y permite excavar t\u00faneles bajo las carreteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Ahorro de costes: La tecnolog\u00eda sin zanja suele ser la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s rentable porque elimina la necesidad de grandes t\u00e9cnicos, gestores de tr\u00e1fico, excavadoras, jardineros, etc. Los m\u00e9todos sin zanja tambi\u00e9n minimizan las necesidades de equipos y herramientas y reducen los costes de mano de obra. Una alternativa menos molesta y respetuosa con el medio ambiente: La tecnolog\u00eda sin zanja implica muy poca excavaci\u00f3n, lo que supone un da\u00f1o m\u00ednimo para el paisaje circundante. Las instalaciones sin zanja tampoco requieren modificaciones estructurales, como demolici\u00f3n de muros o repavimentaci\u00f3n, lo que facilita al m\u00e1ximo la instalaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras de tuber\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-49874694\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Mayor durabilidad de los tubos de HDPE<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fshualinkeji.com\/es\/tubo-de-hdpe\/\">Tubos de HDPE<\/a> ofrecen mayor flexibilidad, resistencia a los da\u00f1os y estanqueidad que las tuber\u00edas est\u00e1ndar de PVC, acero u hormig\u00f3n.
