Le PE (poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne) est largement utilis\u00e9 dans la fabrication des conduites d'eau en raison de sa grande solidit\u00e9, de sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s non toxiques. Le mat\u00e9riau de liaison est plac\u00e9 entre des \u00e9lectrodes. Le courant passe \u00e0 travers un fil de r\u00e9sistance dans le tuyau, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la chaleur. Cette chaleur augmente la temp\u00e9rature interne du mat\u00e9riau jusqu'\u00e0 son point de fusion, ce qui fusionne le tuyau et le raccord, compl\u00e9tant ainsi la connexion par fusion \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-8047cd37\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Raccords \u00e0 chaud<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Les raccords thermofusibles sont class\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : les raccords thermofusibles \u00e0 embo\u00eetement et \u00e0 embo\u00eetement et les raccords thermofusibles \u00e0 embo\u00eetement. Tous deux utilisent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants mont\u00e9s aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants sont con\u00e7us pour correspondre au diam\u00e8tre du tuyau ou de la conduite \u00e0 fondre \u00e0 chaud). Une fois les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants chauff\u00e9s, le tuyau ou la conduite est approch\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants et fondu. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps de fusion, le tuyau ou le tube est retir\u00e9. De m\u00eame, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu'une force ext\u00e9rieure est n\u00e9cessaire pendant le processus d'installation des tuyaux, il est difficile d'assurer la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des tuyaux apr\u00e8s le raccordement. Toutefois, en raison de la simplicit\u00e9 de sa construction et de sa large gamme de sc\u00e9narios d'utilisation, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9 pour l'installation de tuyaux de petit diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bdf52b8a\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Fusion bout \u00e0 bout Application<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La fusion bout \u00e0 bout est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour les tuyaux en PE de grand diam\u00e8tre. Les diam\u00e8tres conventionnels des tuyaux sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement DN75 et plus. Les tuyaux de fusion \u00e0 chaud ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des parois plus \u00e9paisses, ce qui rend les raccords pratiquement inutiles. Au cours du processus de fusion bout \u00e0 bout, une machine \u00e0 souder est utilis\u00e9e pour fusionner les tuyaux, qui sont mont\u00e9s sur un cadre. Apr\u00e8s la fusion, le cadre est mis sous pression et la fusion bout \u00e0 bout s'ach\u00e8ve par un refroidissement naturel. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le processus de fusion \u00e0 chaud doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un cadre, et en raison de divers facteurs tels que la taille plus importante, les parois plus \u00e9paisses et le poids plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 des tuyaux \u00e0 fondre, la fusion bout \u00e0 bout par fusion \u00e0 chaud est plus complexe. Le nettoyage pr\u00e9liminaire et le serrage des tuyaux n\u00e9cessitent beaucoup de temps, ce qui rend l'ensemble du processus laborieux et fastidieux. Un \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire pour raccorder ces raccords. Le site n\u00e9cessite une alimentation \u00e9lectrique de base et, comme les raccords d'\u00e9lectrofusion contiennent des fils chauffants internes, les co\u00fbts d'installation sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Cependant, en raison de leurs exigences minimales en mati\u00e8re d'installation, de leur grande r\u00e9sistance de connexion et de leurs excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, ils sont \u00e9galement largement utilis\u00e9s dans les installations de canalisation o\u00f9 l'espace est limit\u00e9 et dans certaines r\u00e9parations de canalisations souterraines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6a243c41\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Conclusion<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Les m\u00e9thodes d'assemblage des tuyaux PE par fusion \u00e9lectrique et par fusion \u00e0 chaud sont actuellement bien \u00e9tablies. Chaque m\u00e9thode, avec les co\u00fbts et la main-d'\u0153uvre qu'elle implique, pr\u00e9sente ses propres avantages et inconv\u00e9nients. Une solution d'assemblage sp\u00e9cifique doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e et mise en \u0153uvre en fonction de l'application r\u00e9elle.
