Pr\u00e9chauffer la soudeuse thermofusible \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e et chauffer s\u00e9par\u00e9ment les joints du tuyau et du raccord. Le temps et la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage doivent \u00eatre strictement respect\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux instructions d'utilisation de la soudeuse, en fonction des sp\u00e9cifications et des mat\u00e9riaux du tuyau et du raccord. Apr\u00e8s le chauffage, ins\u00e9rez rapidement le tuyau dans le raccord jusqu'\u00e0 la profondeur indiqu\u00e9e et maintenez-le pendant un temps suffisant pour permettre la fusion compl\u00e8te du tuyau et du raccord. Pendant le processus de raccordement, maintenez la concentricit\u00e9 entre le tuyau et le raccord afin d'\u00e9viter toute excentricit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raccordement par bague en caoutchouc : Convient aux tuyaux d'un diam\u00e8tre sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 DN160. L'espacement entre les supports doit \u00eatre conforme aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pour les tuyaux d'un diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 DN160, l'espacement entre les supports ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 2 m\u00e8tres ; pour les tuyaux d'un diam\u00e8tre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 DN160, l'espacement entre les supports ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 3 m\u00e8tres. Les supports doivent \u00eatre solidement install\u00e9s, en assurant un contact \u00e9troit avec les tuyaux, sans desserrement ni tremblement. Pour les tuyaux horizontaux, les supports doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s horizontalement ; pour les tuyaux verticaux, les supports doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s verticalement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travers\u00e9es de planchers et de murs : Lorsque les tuyaux traversent les planchers et les murs, il convient d'installer un manchon. Le diam\u00e8tre du manchon doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur d'une \u00e0 deux tailles \u00e0 celui du tuyau. L'espace entre le manchon et le tuyau doit \u00eatre rempli de mat\u00e9riaux ignifuges, imperm\u00e9ables et \u00e9tanches, tels que du mastic ignifuge ou de la graisse imperm\u00e9able. Pour les manchons traversant des planchers, le haut doit se situer entre 20 et 50 mm au-dessus du sol fini, et le bas doit \u00eatre au m\u00eame niveau que le sol. Observez pendant une \u00e0 deux heures et v\u00e9rifiez qu'il n'y a pas de fuites au niveau des joints des tuyaux, des goutti\u00e8res et d'autres endroits. Si des fuites sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es, r\u00e9parez-les rapidement jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient compl\u00e8tement \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">-Apr\u00e8s l'essai de remplissage de l'eau, il convient de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un essai d'\u00e9coulement de l'eau du syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9vacuation des eaux pluviales par siphonage. Mettez le syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9vacuation des eaux de toiture en marche pour simuler de fortes pluies et observez la capacit\u00e9 d'\u00e9vacuation du syst\u00e8me et l'efficacit\u00e9 du siphonnage. V\u00e9rifiez l'arriv\u00e9e d'eau dans la goutti\u00e8re, la fluidit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9coulement de l'eau dans les tuyaux et l'absence d'obstruction par l'air.
