La profondeur de la couche d'eau accumul\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de l'eau apr\u00e8s que l'eau de pluie soit tomb\u00e9e du ciel sur le sol sans \u00e9vaporation, infiltration ou perte est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mesur\u00e9e en mm.
