Cette temp\u00e9rature est le point de fusion. Lorsque la densit\u00e9 du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne augmente, sa cristallinit\u00e9 augmente \u00e9galement et le point de fusion augmente en cons\u00e9quence. Par cons\u00e9quent, les poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8nes de diff\u00e9rentes densit\u00e9s ont des points de fusion diff\u00e9rents. Le point de fusion du LLDPE est de 120-125\u00b0C, entre celui du HP-LDPE et celui du HDPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Le point de fusion du LLDPE, un copolym\u00e8re de monom\u00e8res, varie en fonction du nombre d'atomes de carbone dans ses comonom\u00e8res ; plus il y a d'atomes de carbone, plus le point de fusion est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le PEBDL ayant un point de fusion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le PEBDHP, les produits moul\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9moul\u00e9s rapidement et proprement \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les films LDPE ont une grande r\u00e9sistance au thermoscellage. La fluidit\u00e9 du PEBD \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature croissante et ses changements sous une charge accrue sont principalement influenc\u00e9s par son poids mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Comme il est plus facile de mesurer le taux d'\u00e9coulement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne que son poids mol\u00e9culaire, l'indice de fusion (MI) ou l'indice d'\u00e9coulement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu (MFI) est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour repr\u00e9senter les caract\u00e9ristiques de poids mol\u00e9culaire du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. \u00c0 l'\u00e9tat fondu, la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu du PEBD est fonction de la masse mol\u00e9culaire et augmente avec celle-ci. Pour un m\u00eame poids mol\u00e9culaire, la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu diminue avec l'augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature. Les densit\u00e9s du PEBD \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pr\u00e9sentent une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 variable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Le PEBD basse temp\u00e9rature poss\u00e8de naturellement une bonne t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, avec une temp\u00e9rature de fragilisation plus basse, qui est li\u00e9e au poids mol\u00e9culaire. Plus le poids mol\u00e9culaire du PEBD augmente, plus la temp\u00e9rature diminue, pour atteindre -140\u00b0C. \u00c0 poids mol\u00e9culaire \u00e9gal, les PEBDL et PEHD lin\u00e9aires ont une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des PEBD non lin\u00e9aires. \u00c0 indice de fusion \u00e9gal, le PEBD a une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du PEBDL et du PEHD ; le premier pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9coulement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu nettement meilleur pendant le traitement, tandis que les deux derniers n\u00e9cessitent une charge de vis moins importante et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent moins de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-21148038\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">M\u00e9thodes de traitement du PEBD<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Les qualit\u00e9s LDPE peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la plupart des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de moulage thermoplastique, notamment : soufflage de film, moulage de film, collage par extrusion, collage de fils et de c\u00e2bles, moulage par injection et moulage par soufflage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b71ae4b0\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Principales applications<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Le PEBD est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour les films, tels que les films agricoles, les films de couverture du sol et les films de serre pour les l\u00e9gumes ; les films d'emballage pour les bonbons, les l\u00e9gumes et les aliments surgel\u00e9s ; les films souffl\u00e9s pour l'emballage des liquides (lait, sauce soja, jus, tofu, lait de soja) ; les sacs pour charges lourdes, les films r\u00e9tractables, les films \u00e9lastiques et les films de rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur ; les films de construction ; les films d'emballage industriel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ; et les sacs pour aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Le PEBD est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans les produits moul\u00e9s par injection, tels que les petits r\u00e9cipients, les couvercles, les produits de consommation courante, les fleurs en plastique, les r\u00e9cipients moul\u00e9s par injection-\u00e9tirage-soufflage, les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et les mat\u00e9riaux d'emballage pharmaceutiques et alimentaires. Par rapport au poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD), il pr\u00e9sente une cristallinit\u00e9 (55%~65%) et un point de ramollissement (90~100\u00b0C) inf\u00e9rieurs ; il est souple, extensible, transparent, r\u00e9sistant au froid et facile \u00e0 traiter ; il pr\u00e9sente une bonne stabilit\u00e9 chimique, r\u00e9sistant aux acides, aux alcalis et aux solutions salines ; il pr\u00e9sente une bonne isolation \u00e9lectrique et une bonne perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air ; il absorbe peu d'eau ; et il est inflammable. Il est relativement souple et poss\u00e8de une bonne extensibilit\u00e9, une bonne isolation \u00e9lectrique, une bonne stabilit\u00e9 chimique, une bonne aptitude \u00e0 la transformation et une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux basses temp\u00e9ratures (jusqu'\u00e0 -70\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f5788546\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Inconv\u00e9nients<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Ses principaux inconv\u00e9nients sont sa faible r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9, ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de barri\u00e8re aux gaz et sa r\u00e9sistance aux solvants. Sa structure mol\u00e9culaire n'est pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, sa cristallinit\u00e9 est faible (55%-65%) et son point de fusion est relativement bas (108-126\u00b0C). Sa r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD) et il est peu imperm\u00e9able, peu r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur et au vieillissement au soleil. Il a tendance \u00e0 vieillir et \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer sous l'effet de la lumi\u00e8re du soleil ou de temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui entra\u00eene une d\u00e9coloration et une d\u00e9gradation des performances.
