Elle permet de minimiser les interf\u00e9rences avec le trafic routier, les pelouses et les jardins, les op\u00e9rations commerciales et d'autres activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La technologie de pose de canalisations sans tranch\u00e9e a un large \u00e9ventail d'applications. Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour poser des canalisations sur des autoroutes tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es, des voies ferr\u00e9es, des b\u00e2timents, des rivi\u00e8res et dans des zones urbaines. Sa principale caract\u00e9ristique est que, selon un trac\u00e9 de pipeline pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini, une tige de forage \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un tr\u00e9pan en forme de coin est enfonc\u00e9e dans le sol, puis suit une direction pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en contournant les obstacles souterrains jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la destination soit atteinte. Ensuite, le tr\u00e9pan est retir\u00e9 et remplac\u00e9 par un al\u00e9soir de retour de taille et de type sp\u00e9ciaux, qui agrandit le trou de forage jusqu'au diam\u00e8tre requis tout en tirant simultan\u00e9ment la tige de forage vers l'arri\u00e8re. Ensuite, une nouvelle conduite est tir\u00e9e \u00e0 l'emplacement de la conduite d'origine. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, un syst\u00e8me pneumatique (air \u00e0 haute pression) ou statique (hydraulique) est utilis\u00e9 pour briser l'ancienne canalisation. Un tuyau en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est raccord\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 cass\u00e9e. Lorsque l'ancien tuyau est compl\u00e8tement cass\u00e9, le nouveau tuyau PEHD est \u00e9galement pos\u00e9, rempla\u00e7ant ainsi l'ancien tuyau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">L'avantage de cette m\u00e9thode est que le diam\u00e8tre du nouveau tuyau peut \u00eatre \u00e9gal ou m\u00eame sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'ancien tuyau remplac\u00e9. L'inconv\u00e9nient est que la nouvelle conduite est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e dans l'ancienne conduite cass\u00e9e qui l'entoure et qu'elle est in\u00e9vitablement endommag\u00e9e. Par cons\u00e9quent, le mat\u00e9riau de la conduite doit pr\u00e9senter une r\u00e9sistance exceptionnelle aux dommages, \u00e0 l'usure et aux fissures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-621e1a92\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">R\u00e9paration de vieilles canalisations par la m\u00e9thode de l'intubation<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Cette technologie consiste \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer une gaine en plastique dans une ancienne canalisation. Selon que le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de la gaine s'adapte ou non \u00e0 la paroi int\u00e9rieure de l'ancienne canalisation, on distingue deux cat\u00e9gories : le \u201cchemisage par glissement\u201d et le \u201cchemisage par embo\u00eetement\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La m\u00e9thode du chemisage consiste \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer un nouveau tuyau en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne d'un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur au diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur de l'ancien tuyau dans l'ancien tuyau \u00e0 r\u00e9parer. L'espace entre le nouveau et l'ancien tuyau peut \u00eatre scell\u00e9 par l'injection de mortier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La m\u00e9thode de la gaine ajust\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer une nouvelle gaine en plastique d'un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur \u00e9gal au diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur de l'ancienne canalisation dans cette derni\u00e8re par des m\u00e9thodes telles que la \u201cr\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre\u201d ou le \u201cpliage vers l'int\u00e9rieur\u201d. Ensuite, on laisse la gaine reprendre naturellement sa forme ou on lui redonne sa forme d'origine par pressurisation et chauffage, afin qu'elle s'ajuste parfaitement \u00e0 la paroi int\u00e9rieure de l'ancienne conduite. La gaine de raccord peut partager la pression interne avec l'ancienne conduite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Cette m\u00e9thode ne convient qu'\u00e0 la r\u00e9paration de conduites de grand diam\u00e8tre, et la perte de section transversale de la conduite est relativement importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-dd94e06e\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Pose pneumatique de tuyaux en forme de lance<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La pose de canalisations sans tranch\u00e9e est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un tr\u00e9pan en forme de lance par impact. Le m\u00e9canisme d'entra\u00eenement est principalement pneumatique (mais on peut \u00e9galement utiliser un m\u00e9canisme hydraulique), commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 m\u00e9thode de pose de canalisations \u00e0 l'aide d'une lance pneumatique. La lance pneumatique est soutenue et propuls\u00e9e vers l'avant par la friction entre le marteau et le sol, cr\u00e9ant un trou par compression sous l'effet de l'impact. La canalisation \u00e0 poser est reli\u00e9e au marteau pneumatique et est pos\u00e9e au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le marteau avance dans le sol. Le tuyau en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 dans le trou une fois que le marteau pneumatique a termin\u00e9 le forage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Cette m\u00e9thode est simple, efficace et peu co\u00fbteuse. Les longueurs de pose des tuyaux sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 40 m et les diam\u00e8tres des tuyaux sont compris entre 40 et 200 mm. Elle convient \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types de sol. Les outils les plus r\u00e9cents comprennent une t\u00eate de burin \u00e0 mouvement alternatif, ce qui permet de l'utiliser dans les sols graveleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-079c9252\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Principaux avantages de la technologie sans tranch\u00e9e<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-551f8ef4\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Gagner du temps et \u00e9viter les interruptions<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Les processus d'excavation traditionnels prennent plus de temps que les autres m\u00e9thodes d'installation ou de r\u00e9paration de canalisations. L'installation et la r\u00e9paration sans tranch\u00e9e permettent de r\u00e9parer plus rapidement les conduites endommag\u00e9es, m\u00eame pendant les p\u00e9riodes de forte circulation, et autorisent le creusement de tunnels sous les routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts : La technologie sans tranch\u00e9e est souvent l'option la plus rentable parce qu'elle \u00e9limine le besoin de techniciens importants, de gestionnaires de trafic, d'excavateurs, de jardiniers, etc. Les m\u00e9thodes sans tranch\u00e9e minimisent \u00e9galement les besoins en \u00e9quipement et en outillage et r\u00e9duisent les co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre. Une solution moins g\u00eanante et plus respectueuse de l'environnement : La technologie sans tranch\u00e9e implique tr\u00e8s peu d'excavation, ce qui r\u00e9duit au minimum les dommages caus\u00e9s au paysage environnant. Les installations sans tranch\u00e9e ne n\u00e9cessitent pas non plus de modifications structurelles, telles que la d\u00e9molition de murs ou le resurfa\u00e7age, ce qui facilite au maximum l'installation d'une infrastructure de canalisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-49874694\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Renforcer la durabilit\u00e9 des tuyaux en PEHD<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fshualinkeji.com\/fr\/tube-hdpe\/\">Tubes PEHD<\/a> offrent une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, une meilleure r\u00e9sistance aux dommages et une meilleure \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 que les tuyaux standard en PVC, en acier ou en b\u00e9ton.
