Le soudage est maintenant termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-24782cd1\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">FAQS<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d1cf5f24\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Comment d\u00e9terminer si une connexion par \u00e9lectrofusion de PE est r\u00e9ussie ?<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">I. Inspection visuelle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>D\u00e9formation de l'ajustement :<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s le soudage, les raccords doivent \u00eatre exempts de bosses, de fissures ou de d\u00e9bordements de mat\u00e9riau fondu, et les joints doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tanches et sans interstices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Statut du trou d'inspection :<\/strong> Certains raccords d'\u00e9lectrofusion sont munis de trous d'inspection. Ces trous doivent d\u00e9passer apr\u00e8s le soudage, ce qui indique que le mat\u00e9riau fondu est suffisamment rempli ; s'ils ne d\u00e9passent pas, cela peut indiquer que le soudage est insuffisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>\u00c9tat du fil de r\u00e9sistance :<\/strong> Il ne doit pas y avoir d'extrusion du fil de r\u00e9sistance au niveau de la jonction ; dans le cas contraire, cela peut indiquer une sursoudure due \u00e0 un temps de chauffage ou \u00e0 une tension excessifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">II. Test d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Test de l'eau savonneuse :<\/strong> Une fois le joint refroidi, appliquez de l'eau savonneuse. L'absence de bulles indique une bonne \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ; les bulles n\u00e9cessitent une nouvelle soudure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Test de pression :<\/strong> Un test de pression permet de v\u00e9rifier l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du joint.
