When the socket wall thickness and socket length meet the standard requirements, the reliability of the connection is guaranteed, and the produced pipe is formed in one step, and the quality is more guaranteed.

In actual operation, turn the rubber ring to the first or second groove of the pipe socket, and apply lubricant to the inner wall of the socket and the rubber ring of the socket before inserting it, to ensure that at least 4 grooves are connected to the socket. If the outer diameter exceeds 400, the pipe joint can be pulled into place by two hand hoists. This structure significantly changes the stress cracking resistance, wear resistance, deformation resistance, chemical resistance and low temperature resistance, making it have good insulation, corrosion resistance, sealing, waterproof and other characteristics.

When constructing this method, attention should be paid to waterproofing, and space for heating operations should be left in the groove at the interface. Heat shrink sleeve connection is mostly suitable for application scenarios with high requirements for waterproofing and corrosion resistance.
