Esta temperatura es el punto de fusi\u00f3n. A medida que aumenta la densidad del polietileno, tambi\u00e9n aumenta su cristalinidad y, en consecuencia, se eleva el punto de fusi\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, los polietilenos con diferentes densidades tienen diferentes puntos de fusi\u00f3n. El punto de fusi\u00f3n del LLDPE es de 120-125 \u00b0C, entre el del HP-LDPE y el del HDPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El punto de fusi\u00f3n del LLDPE, un copol\u00edmero de mon\u00f3meros, var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de \u00e1tomos de carbono de sus comon\u00f3meros; cuantos m\u00e1s \u00e1tomos de carbono, mayor es el punto de fusi\u00f3n. Dado que el LLDPE tiene un punto de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s alto que el HP-LDPE, los productos moldeados se pueden desmoldar de forma r\u00e1pida y limpia a temperaturas m\u00e1s altas. Las pel\u00edculas de LDPE tienen una alta resistencia al termosellado. La fluidez del LDPE al aumentar la temperatura y sus cambios bajo una carga mayor se ven afectados principalmente por su peso molecular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Dado que es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil medir el \u00edndice de fluidez del polietileno que su peso molecular, normalmente se utiliza el \u00edndice de fluidez (MI) o el \u00edndice de fluidez en estado fundido (MFI) para representar las caracter\u00edsticas del peso molecular del polietileno. En estado fundido, la viscosidad de fusi\u00f3n del LDPE es una funci\u00f3n del peso molecular, que aumenta a medida que aumenta el peso molecular. Para el mismo peso molecular, la viscosidad de fusi\u00f3n disminuye al aumentar la temperatura. Las densidades del LDPE a temperatura ambiente presentan una dureza variable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El LDPE de baja temperatura posee naturalmente una buena resistencia, con una temperatura de fragilizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja, lo que est\u00e1 relacionado con el peso molecular. A medida que aumenta el peso molecular del LDPE, la temperatura disminuye, alcanzando los -140 \u00b0C. Con el mismo peso molecular, el LLDPE lineal y el HDPE tienen viscosidades de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altas que el LDPE no lineal. Con el mismo \u00edndice de fusi\u00f3n, el LDPE tiene una viscosidad de fusi\u00f3n significativamente menor que el LLDPE y el HDPE; el primero presenta un flujo de fusi\u00f3n significativamente mejor durante el procesamiento, mientras que los dos \u00faltimos requieren menos carga del tornillo y generan menos calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-21148038\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">M\u00e9todos de procesamiento del LDPE<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Los grados de LDPE pueden cumplir con los requisitos de la mayor\u00eda de los procesos de moldeo termopl\u00e1stico, incluyendo: soplado de pel\u00edcula, colado de pel\u00edcula, uni\u00f3n por extrusi\u00f3n, uni\u00f3n de alambres y cables, moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n y moldeo por soplado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b71ae4b0\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Principales aplicaciones<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El LDPE se utiliza principalmente para productos de pel\u00edcula, como pel\u00edculas agr\u00edcolas, pel\u00edculas de cobertura del suelo y pel\u00edculas para invernaderos para hortalizas; pel\u00edculas de envasado para dulces, hortalizas y alimentos congelados; pel\u00edculas sopladas para el envasado de l\u00edquidos (leche, salsa de soya, jugos, tofu, leche de soya); bolsas de alta resistencia, pel\u00edculas retr\u00e1ctiles, pel\u00edculas el\u00e1sticas y pel\u00edculas de revestimiento interior; pel\u00edculas para la construcci\u00f3n; pel\u00edculas de envasado industrial en general; y bolsas para alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El LDPE tambi\u00e9n se utiliza en productos moldeados por inyecci\u00f3n, como peque\u00f1os recipientes, tapas, art\u00edculos de uso diario, flores de pl\u00e1stico, recipientes moldeados por inyecci\u00f3n-estiraje-soplado, dispositivos m\u00e9dicos y materiales de envasado para productos farmac\u00e9uticos y alimenticios. Extruido <a href=\"https:\/\/fshualinkeji.com\/mx\/tubo-de-hdpe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tubos<\/a> Tambi\u00e9n se utilizan l\u00e1minas, revestimientos para alambres y cables, perfiles y productos termoformados. Entre los productos huecos moldeados por soplado se incluyen envases para productos l\u00e1cteos y mermeladas, as\u00ed como envases y tanques para productos farmac\u00e9uticos, cosm\u00e9ticos y qu\u00edmicos. Tambi\u00e9n se utilizan placas de pl\u00e1stico con calcio y pl\u00e1sticos espumados. Los productos moldeados por rotaci\u00f3n se utilizan principalmente para envases grandes y tanques de almacenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-79d0ff93\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Ventajas y desventajas del LDPE<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-454e2a56\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Ventajas<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El polietileno de baja densidad (LDPE) es el tipo m\u00e1s ligero de resina de polietileno. En comparaci\u00f3n con el polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE), tiene una menor cristalinidad (55%~65%) y un punto de ablandamiento m\u00e1s bajo (90~100 \u00b0C); tiene buena flexibilidad, extensibilidad, transparencia, resistencia al fr\u00edo y procesabilidad; tiene buena estabilidad qu\u00edmica, resiste \u00e1cidos, \u00e1lcalis y soluciones salinas; tiene buen aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico y permeabilidad al aire; tiene baja absorci\u00f3n de agua; y es inflamable. Es relativamente blando y posee buena extensibilidad, aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico, estabilidad qu\u00edmica, procesabilidad y resistencia a bajas temperaturas (puede soportar -70 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f5788546\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Desventajas<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Las principales desventajas son su escasa resistencia mec\u00e1nica, sus propiedades de barrera contra la humedad, sus propiedades de barrera contra los gases y su resistencia a los solventes. Su estructura molecular no es regular, con una baja cristalinidad (55%-65%) y un punto de fusi\u00f3n relativamente bajo (108-126 \u00b0C). Su resistencia mec\u00e1nica es inferior a la del polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE) y tiene una impermeabilidad, resistencia al calor y resistencia al envejecimiento por la luz solar deficientes. Es propenso al envejecimiento y la descomposici\u00f3n bajo la luz solar o altas temperaturas, lo que provoca decoloraci\u00f3n y degradaci\u00f3n del rendimiento.
