Os materiais envolvidos no sistema de abastecimento de \u00e1gua dom\u00e9stico devem atender aos padr\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a. A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o devem ser realizadas ao entrar no local, e verificadas e confirmadas pelo engenheiro supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Por exemplo: as juntas flex\u00edveis do sistema de abastecimento de \u00e1gua dom\u00e9stica geralmente usam juntas flex\u00edveis de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel em vez de juntas flex\u00edveis de borracha, porque as \u00faltimas s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de atender aos padr\u00f5es de higiene da \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Antes de a v\u00e1lvula ser instalada, devem ser realizados testes de resist\u00eancia e estanqueidade. O teste deve ser realizado em 10% da quantidade de cada lote (mesma marca, mesmo modelo, mesma especifica\u00e7\u00e3o), e n\u00e3o menos que 1. Para v\u00e1lvulas de circuito fechado instaladas no tubo principal para corte, os testes de resist\u00eancia e estanqueidade devem ser realizados um a um (100%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">A press\u00e3o do teste de resist\u00eancia da v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 1,5 vez a press\u00e3o nominal; a press\u00e3o do teste de estanqueidade \u00e9 1,1 vez a press\u00e3o nominal; a press\u00e3o do teste deve permanecer inalterada durante a dura\u00e7\u00e3o do teste, e n\u00e3o deve haver vazamento na gaxeta da carca\u00e7a e na superf\u00edcie de veda\u00e7\u00e3o do disco da v\u00e1lvula. O movimento longitudinal deve atender aos requisitos do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Os suportes e ganchos para tubos sem expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica devem ser instalados verticalmente. Os suportes e cabides para tubos com dilata\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica devem ser deslocados na dire\u00e7\u00e3o oposta \u00e0 da dilata\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O espa\u00e7amento entre os suportes para instala\u00e7\u00e3o vertical ou horizontal de tubos pl\u00e1sticos e tubos compostos deve atender aos requisitos das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Para suportes de tubos feitos de metal, devem ser adicionadas almofadas ou luvas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas entre o tubo e o suporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b8b30344\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Pr\u00e9-fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O tubo de a\u00e7o n\u00e3o deve ter menos de 3,5 vezes o di\u00e2metro externo do tubo quando dobrado a quente e n\u00e3o menos de 4 vezes o di\u00e2metro externo do tubo quando dobrado a frio;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O cotovelo soldado n\u00e3o deve ter menos de 1,5 vez o di\u00e2metro externo do tubo; o cotovelo estampado n\u00e3o deve ter menos do que o di\u00e2metro externo do tubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6ee0e47a\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Instala\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos e acess\u00f3rios<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Em geral, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de tubula\u00e7\u00f5es deve ser realizada de acordo com o princ\u00edpio de instalar primeiro o tubo principal e depois o tubo de deriva\u00e7\u00e3o, primeiro a parte superior e depois a parte inferior, e primeiro o interior e depois o exterior. Para tubos de materiais diferentes, os tubos de a\u00e7o devem ser instalados primeiro e os tubos de pl\u00e1stico devem ser instalados depois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Quando as tubula\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1gua quente e fria s\u00e3o instaladas em paralelo, a tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua quente deve ficar acima da tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua fria. Quando instalada verticalmente, a tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua quente deve ficar do lado esquerdo da tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua fria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O espa\u00e7o horizontal entre o tubo de entrada de abastecimento de \u00e1gua e o tubo de sa\u00edda de drenagem n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 1 m. Quando os tubos de abastecimento de \u00e1gua e de drenagem internos s\u00e3o colocados em paralelo, a dist\u00e2ncia horizontal m\u00ednima entre os dois tubos n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 0,5 m; quando colocados transversalmente, a dist\u00e2ncia vertical n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 0,15 m. O tubo de abastecimento de \u00e1gua deve ser colocado sobre o tubo de drenagem. Se o tubo de abastecimento de \u00e1gua tiver de ser colocado sob o tubo de drenagem, o tubo de abastecimento de \u00e1gua deve ser revestido e seu comprimento n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 3 vezes o di\u00e2metro do tubo de drenagem. (4) O tubo horizontal de abastecimento de \u00e1gua deve ter uma inclina\u00e7\u00e3o de 2\u2030 a 5\u2030 em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao dispositivo de drenagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O hidr\u00f4metro deve ser instalado em um local f\u00e1cil de inspecionar e n\u00e3o deve ser exposto \u00e0 luz solar, polui\u00e7\u00e3o ou congelamento. Ao instalar um medidor de \u00e1gua com h\u00e9lice, deve haver uma se\u00e7\u00e3o de tubo reto na frente do medidor e da v\u00e1lvula que n\u00e3o seja inferior a 8 vezes o di\u00e2metro da interface do medidor de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Quando o tubo passar pela parede e pelo piso, dever\u00e1 ser instalada uma luva de metal ou pl\u00e1stico. A parte superior da luva instalada no piso deve ser 20 mm mais alta do que o piso decorativo; a parte superior da luva instalada no banheiro e na cozinha deve ser 50 mm mais alta do que o piso decorativo, e a parte inferior deve ficar nivelada com a parte inferior do piso; as extremidades da luva instalada na parede devem ficar niveladas com a superf\u00edcie decorativa, e o espa\u00e7o entre a luva que passa pelo piso e o tubo deve ser preenchido com materiais densos retardantes de chamas e graxa \u00e0 prova d'\u00e1gua, e a superf\u00edcie da extremidade deve ser lisa. O espa\u00e7o entre a luva da parede e o tubo deve ser preenchido com materiais densos retardadores de chamas, e a superf\u00edcie da extremidade deve ser lisa. A interface do tubo n\u00e3o deve ser colocada na luva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6ba9162f\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Anti-corros\u00e3o e isolamento t\u00e9rmico<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Os tubos de abastecimento de \u00e1gua enterrados diretamente em ambientes internos (exceto tubos de pl\u00e1stico e tubos compostos) devem ser tratados com anticorros\u00e3o. O material e a estrutura da camada anticorrosiva dos tubos enterrados devem atender aos requisitos do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O principal m\u00e9todo anticorros\u00e3o para tubos \u00e9 a pintura. Ao aplicar a tinta manualmente, a espessura da camada de tinta deve ser uniforme.
