Essa temperatura \u00e9 o ponto de fus\u00e3o. \u00c0 medida que a densidade do polietileno aumenta, sua cristalinidade tamb\u00e9m aumenta, e o ponto de fus\u00e3o aumenta proporcionalmente. No estado fundido, a viscosidade de fus\u00e3o do LDPE \u00e9 uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o do peso molecular, aumentando com o aumento do peso molecular. Para o mesmo peso molecular, a viscosidade de fus\u00e3o diminui com o aumento da temperatura. As densidades do LDPE em temperatura ambiente apresentam resist\u00eancia vari\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O LDPE de baixa temperatura possui naturalmente boa tenacidade, com uma temperatura de fragiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mais baixa, que est\u00e1 relacionada ao peso molecular. \u00c0 medida que o peso molecular do LDPE aumenta, a temperatura diminui, chegando a -140\u00b0C. Com o mesmo peso molecular, o LLDPE linear e o HDPE t\u00eam viscosidades de fus\u00e3o mais altas do que o LDPE n\u00e3o linear. Com o mesmo \u00edndice de fus\u00e3o, o LDPE tem uma viscosidade de fus\u00e3o significativamente mais baixa do que o LLDPE e o HDPE; o primeiro apresenta um fluxo de fus\u00e3o significativamente melhor durante o processamento, enquanto os dois \u00faltimos exigem menos carga da rosca e geram menos calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-21148038\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">M\u00e9todos de processamento de LDPE<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Os tipos de LDPE podem atender aos requisitos da maioria dos processos de moldagem termopl\u00e1stica, incluindo: sopro de filme, fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de filme, colagem por extrus\u00e3o, colagem de fios e cabos, moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e moldagem por sopro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b71ae4b0\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Principais aplica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O LDPE \u00e9 usado principalmente para produtos de filme, como filmes agr\u00edcolas, filmes de cobertura de solo e filmes de estufa para vegetais; filmes de embalagem para doces, vegetais e alimentos congelados; filmes soprados para embalagem de l\u00edquidos (leite, molho de soja, suco, tofu, leite de soja); sacolas para servi\u00e7os pesados, filmes de encolhimento, filmes el\u00e1sticos e filmes de revestimento interno; filmes de constru\u00e7\u00e3o; filmes de embalagem industrial em geral; e sacos para alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O LDPE tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 usado em produtos de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o, como pequenos recipientes, tampas, necessidades di\u00e1rias, flores de pl\u00e1stico, recipientes moldados por inje\u00e7\u00e3o-estiramento-sopro, dispositivos m\u00e9dicos e materiais de embalagem de produtos farmac\u00eauticos e aliment\u00edcios. Extrudado <a href=\"https:\/\/fshualinkeji.com\/pt\/tubo-de-pead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tubos<\/a> Tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o usadas chapas e folhas, revestimento de fios e cabos, perfis e produtos termoformados. Os produtos de moldagem rotacional s\u00e3o usados principalmente para grandes cont\u00eaineres e tanques de armazenamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-79d0ff93\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Vantagens e desvantagens do LDPE<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-454e2a56\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Vantagens<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">O polietileno de baixa densidade (LDPE) \u00e9 o tipo mais leve de resina de polietileno. Comparado ao polietileno de alta densidade (HDPE), ele tem menor cristalinidade (55%~65%) e ponto de amolecimento (90~100\u00b0C); tem boa flexibilidade, extensibilidade, transpar\u00eancia, resist\u00eancia ao frio e processabilidade; tem boa estabilidade qu\u00edmica, resistindo a \u00e1cidos, \u00e1lcalis e solu\u00e7\u00f5es salinas; tem bom isolamento el\u00e9trico e permeabilidade ao ar; tem baixa absor\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua; e \u00e9 inflam\u00e1vel. \u00c9 relativamente macio e possui boa extensibilidade, isolamento el\u00e9trico, estabilidade qu\u00edmica, processabilidade e resist\u00eancia a baixas temperaturas (pode suportar -70\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f5788546\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Desvantagens<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">As principais desvantagens s\u00e3o sua baixa resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, propriedades de barreira \u00e0 umidade, propriedades de barreira a gases e resist\u00eancia a solventes. Sua estrutura molecular n\u00e3o \u00e9 regular, com baixa cristalinidade (55%-65%) e um ponto de fus\u00e3o relativamente baixo (108-126\u00b0C).
