During daily inspections, the appearance of electrical pipes should be checked regularly, and dust, oil and corrosive substances attached to the surface of the pipe body should be cleaned to prevent them from penetrating into the pipe wall and causing aging or damage; for buried electrical pipes, it is necessary to focus on checking the changes in the surrounding soil environment to avoid pipe extrusion and deformation due to soil erosion and sedimentation. If abnormal bulges or depressions are found on the ground, excavation detection and repair should be carried out in time.

For electrical pipes after threading, the residual debris and accumulated water inside can be discharged by means of segmented blowing, using dry compressed air to prevent foreign matter accumulation from affecting insulation performance; if there is a slight blockage inside, a flexible dredging tool (such as a soft cleaning rod with steel wire) can be used to carefully clean it to avoid scratching the pipe wall.

In addition, the joints of electrical pipes need to be tightened and anti-corrosion treated at regular intervals, such as replacing aging sealing rubber rings and reapplying anti-rust paint to ensure sealing and insulation. At the same time, maintenance data should be recorded and a dynamic management file should be established to promptly detect potential hidden dangers and ensure the long-term and stable operation of electrical pipes.
