1.Acceptance and pretreatment of pipe materials
Appearance inspection: no dents or cracks on the pipe body, port ovality deviation ≤1%, conductive copper coil path detection qualified (multimeter test)7;
Port treatment: scrape the oxide layer on the welding surface (depth 0.2~0.5mm), sandpaper polish until the copper coil is visible7;
Environmental requirements: preheat the pipe when the ambient temperature is <5℃, and suspend the operation when the humidity is >80%67.
2.Pipeline laying and fixing
Underground laying: Groove width = pipe diameter + 100mm, replace the over-excavation area with natural graded sand and gravel and compact it 211; Fine-grained soil is used for artificial backfill within 50cm of the pipe top, and mechanical rolling is prohibited1112.
‌Overhead laying‌:
Fix the square steel conduit, the bracket spacing is ≤5m, and add 4 reinforced brackets at the bends;
Wrap the open-air pipe section with dark anti-UV material or casing protection to avoid ultraviolet aging
3.Electric fusion connection operation
Pipe fitting assembly‌: scrape the oxide layer at the pipe end, mark the insertion depth, and increase the scraping amount when the socket resistance is too large
Electric welding‌: The voltage is stable at 200-220V, and the parameters are strictly set according to the manufacturer’s welding machine table. A dedicated person monitors the whole process to prevent over-melting
Cooling and shaping‌: Cooling under pressure for 45-90 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature), and it is forbidden to move the pipeline during this period
