During the production process, we use high-precision extrusion production lines to monitor core parameters such as temperature, pressure, and pulling speed in real time, and use online laser diameter gauges and wall thickness detectors to control the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe with micron-level precision.

At the same time, we conduct accelerated aging tests simulating buried environments every month, optimize the production process based on test data, and ensure that the polyethylene pipe maintains stable performance within the 50-year design service life.
