HDPE Siphon Pipe
HDPE siphon pipes are generally black. Siphon drainage, also known as roof siphon rainwater drainage system, forms a full pipe flow when there is no slope in the horizontal pipe, and drains the accumulated water on the roof at a very fast speed.

HDPE Siphon Pipe Manufacturer in China
The inner and outer surfaces of HDPE siphon pipes and fittings should be clean and smooth, without any defects such as bubbles, obvious scratches, dents, impurities and color. The pipe ends should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis.
Our HDPE siphon pipes are made from 100% virgin material, featuring smooth inner and outer surfaces, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and negative pressure drainage. Horizontal pipes require no slope, saving space and improving drainage efficiency. They are suitable for municipal engineering, transportation/road and bridge construction, large factories, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, and high-speed rail station drainage projects.

Siphon Drainage Principle
The core of a siphonic drainage system is to utilize the pressure differential of liquids within a sealed pipe to achieve automatic drainage.
When the rooftop rainwater level exceeds the height of the gutter, a specially designed anti-vortex gutter controls the flow rate of rainwater entering the gutter, adjusts the flow pattern, and reduces vortices. This, in turn, reduces the amount of air entrained by rainwater entering the system, allowing the drainage pipe to remain full. By leveraging the height of the building roof and the potential energy of the rainwater, a siphonic effect is created as the rainwater continuously flows through the rainwater suspension pipe and into the rainwater riser.
